The Orange Velvets play reverbed out 60’s psychedelic surf pop with fashionably fuzzy guitars, male/female vocals, and pre-recorded white noise. They’re lead by American songwriter, Jesse Lurie, who named his band after he dreamt that he was hanging out with the Velvet Underground and drinking orange soda.

So we're working on a new instrumental surf record. We've already got the drums and guitar done. I'm hoping to finish it in the next couple of months.
